Cette semaine marque l’arrivée de la PSP Go sur le sol japonais, s’il n’y a pas de raz-de-marée, la portable de Sony parvient quand même à se détacher du lot et à ravir la première place à la DS. La PS3 semble solidement encrée, et cela pour longtemps, devant la Wii, qui de l’aveu même d’Iwata, recherche un second souffle.

Niveau software, la semaine est riche en nouveautés, ce qui bouscule le classement. Exit les Pokémon qui trustent les premières places, place à la sorcière sexy de Bayonetta, qui arrive en tête cette semaine sur PS3 et prend la septième position sur XBox 360, ce qui constitue un sacré tour de force pour une nouvelle licence. Doit-on y voir un effet Kiss Cool du 40/40 donné par Famitsu ?

Les RPG sont toujours aussi populaires avec Final Fantasy Gaiden: 4 Warriors of Light sur DS, Persona 3 Portable sur PSP, respectivement troisième et quatrième et Super Robot Taisen NEO sur Wii à la dixième place. Notons aussi l’arrivée du roi de la baston 3D, à savoir Tekken 6, quatrième sur PS3 et onzième sur XBox 360.

Remarquons en outre le timide accueil réservé à Sin & Punishment 2, pourtant largement mis en avant au Japon et disposant d'un passifà la haute réputation.
